I love this version of In the Flowers. It doesn’t pack the punch at 1:51 but I listen to this version more than MPP now. I just love the way the piano pushes through the organ(?) and then those two channels follow each other around melodically. If you want a completely different audio explosion in this song, google acollective2008-05-28.4061.flac16 and listen to track one.
Gah! Just listened to the MPP version again. Maybe it has the edge after all. Both epic IMO.

@johnowensjr1234 lmao seriously, they made 2 soley acoustic albums, and one of them still uses an electric guitar consistently in their music, the guy on far right can play piano, cello, drums and guitar. so yeah i too, would love to see them in a room full of acoustic instruments and mics, it would be great :D
God Panda’s voice is so primitively beautiful. It’s like it could be one of the beautiful voices in history but’s it is now, listening to this band is like looking at the most beautiful art, but better because you can hear it.

wow they sang well on this… ive seen other videos in which vocals arent that great.
This is before MPP came out, so it’s an early version, but I definitely understand where you’re coming from. When he says that one line and the song explodes I feel infinite.
