I was wondering if anyone new whether or not I would need a license to make gift baskets that includewine&beer
I am going to do business online making gift baskets etc. I would like to include wine and beer as well as premade snacks, does anyone know if I will need a liquor license?

If you’re selling it, my guess would be yes.
You should check with your local ATF office. You don’t necessarily have to have a personal license, but the business will probably have to have one.
if you selling them with wine/beer in them you will need a ABC sales license, pay sales taxes keep records, insure minors are not purchasing them. Best to forget that plan.
