This site almost ruined my Christmas. When my order had not arrived by is now Christmas eve. I called the number they had listed on their site for customer service. Instead of being able to talk with someone who could help me, I had to talk with a customer service person from “Red Envelope”. While he was
nice and tried to be helpful, the only think he could do was to take my name and information. Next he told me that someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Fortunately, I was able to go and buy a different gift at the last minute. I will never order from this site again. No matter how nice the basket looks on the website, it doesn’t matter if it never makes it to the person you are sending it to and never can talk to some one to find-out why it did not arrive.
