What to put in a gift basket for a housewarming party?
My sister-in-law is renting her first house and is having a housewarming party this weekend. I got her a beautiful hummingbird feeder but feel like I should get her something more. What could I put in a gift basket with the feeder?

You could add some feed mix, or other feeding items. Also, things like garbage bags, dish soap, hand towels, paper towels.. These are always things that people appreciate and sometimes do not remember to get.

with a bird feeder? um try some bird feed…a nice wind chime or a decorative wreath for their door.
Whenever I put together a gift basket, I like to do a theme. Since you already have a hummingbird feeder, I would build around that. Get (or make) some of the red juice that goes in the feeder, and maybe a book about birds in her area. When I think of hummingbird feeders, I think of gardens as well, so maybe a plant for her garden (like one that attracts hummingbirds perhaps). Some rentals don’t allow you to plant things but a hanging basket would still be nice. If she can plant, maybe a couple of garden tools, or a garden magazine (they are kind of expensive as far as magazines go so ppl don’t usually buy them for themselves). Or maybe a pretty suncatcher for the window near her feeder. A windchime, or other garden/yard decorations.
Make an assortment of cleaning products, rags, toilet paper, paper towels, snacks and how about a shepards pole to hang the feeder on.
i would put in a gift certificate for a pedicure maybe and a good book.
Kitchen towels, small bathroom towels, coffee, mugs, whisker, coffee filters, soaps :)
A customize card or a picture of your sister in law family, i think she will be very impress and love it, or a customize mugs, cup for each member as they can use it everyday, i think they will love it very much.
